The Name
So I know you probably think the name of my blog is a little strange. Let me explain. My heart has always been captured by Jesus telling his disciples that the fields are ready for harvesting but that the workers are few. Something about it resonates deep inside of my heart and causes me to want to step into action. It makes me want to step out onto the frontline of ministry to bring people into the Kingdom of Light and disciple them to reach others. Reaching the world generation after generation with the Gospel message in my opinion won't happen unless we utilize our greatest ministry assets, the men and women we build into on a consistant real basis. Christ focused on a core few disciples to prepare them for a ministry that will someday reach every nation on the earth. Instead of looking at evangelism as a single large conversion of the masses, why don't we look at it as an opportunity to individually rescue fellow brothers and sisters who will someday rally together with us as a unified missionary team to change the hearts of a sinful world in a real and deep way through the precious words of our God and Savior.

"the fields are ready for harvesting but that the workers are few"--I agree, and that's why you need to be recruiting people to come to EA. There are about 20 million college students here (1/2 million just in my city), and the vast majority of these students do not even know one Christian. JC
