Rendezvous With an Ugly Cat...

I think we may have a new frequent visitor to our front door. The problem is though, I think it's absolutely one of the most ugliest cats I've ever seen.

It all started on our trip to the front office of our apartment complex to check our mail. As we were walking up the street, I noticed a cat on the other side of the bushes. Now you have to realize that both Jenn and I are suckers for cats. Being the naive people we are, I bent down and got the cat to come over to us. We petted it a few times and thought that was that. We were wrong...

The ugly cat (which by the way we noticed was pregnant) followed us all the way to the mail box and then back to our apartment. It cried the whole way there and back wanting attention from us. Yes, our softy hearts finally caved as we reached home. Yes, we petted her some more. And yes, we decided to give her a little food because we felt sorry for her...(I know, I know...that's a mistake.)

Now as a result, we have a momma cat that is laying on our front steps acting like she found a new home...hmm, maybe this wasn't such a good idea...
