With a thin layer of flour everywhere and pots and pans to the kitchen ceiling, here is the masterpiece Jennifer created last week. After a couple of attempts at the pie crust, I'd say that this coconut cream pie looks pretty good. It tasted pretty yummy as well!

I'm liking this married life...especially with such a wonderful beautiful cook!
