Arrived at New Staff Training!

Hello everyone from sunny Orlando, Florida! Jennifer and I arrived here safely at Rollins College for New Staff Training on Tuesday. Thank you all for your prayers of safe travel! We had quite the adventure coming over here from Texas. We saw the devastation of Hurricane Katrina along the Mississippi Coast, had a blast camping out in a Florida State Park, saw a beautiful crystal clear river on a hike through the Florida jungle, and endured intense rainstorms on the interstate where drivers would slow from 70 to 30 mph in a matter of seconds. Quite an adventure!

New Staff Training is great so far. There are 150 new staff with Campus Crusade here right now. Yeah, you heard that right...that's 150 new laborers to the mission field who are committing to reach people with the saving Gospel of Christ! How exciting!!! We are hearing from the leadership of Crusade this week helping us to further build a solid foundation for our future ministry. The talks have been amazing and have really stirred both Jennifer's and I's heart.

I know I promised pictures in my last post, but I am not sure how to get them posted yet. (I took a bunch on our trip over that I want to put up on here.) We are using a make shift computer lab in the college and I don't know if I can hook up my camera to the laptop I am using at it. I will try to get them up as soon as possible!
